libgdal1-1.10.1-grass software package provides GRASS extension for the GDAL library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdal1-1.10.1-grass
libgdal1-1.10.1-grass is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdal1-1.10.1-grass package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdal1-1.10.1-grass *
You will get with libgdal1-1.10.1-grass package name, version, architecture and description in a table
